Darjit is a sculpting compound made from recylcled materials which, when mixed with cement, makes a superb sculpting compound which dries weatherproof but can be sanded, carved or drilled. It can be left natural or be painted or stained, and it makes a great base to mosaic onto.

It is best to learn how to use it in one of our weekend workshops, but if you want to have a go on your own, send us an email and we'll send you some instructions.

We supply Darjit in a 10 litre plastic pail so that it travels safely...

Between Taupo and Auckland, the freight charge is our standard $6.75 per bucket, north of Auckland and South of Taupo freight will be $10 per bucket. Freight to the South Island would be $20 per bucket.

Unfortunately, we have to charge an additonal $3 per bucket for rural deliveries.

Darjit Outdoor Sculpture

Darjit is an amazing compound made of a mixture of clay, paper fibre and rock finings and is mainly used for making sculptures over a wire mesh or other base. When mixed with cement and sand, it makes a strong, weatherproof sculpture that can be painted or stained or left natural.
