Mosaic - One and Two Day Weekend Workshops

Learn how to make any of a huge variety of projects.

This original letterbox was made by Pamela Adams and was the winner of our Mosaic competition. It is a great example of what you can do with mosaics to enhance your home and garden.

You'd need a two day workshop to take on a project of this size, but there are plenty of things that you can do in one day if time is short.
Discover your creative side....

Mosaicing is extremely diverse and versatile and there are a huge variety of bases to mosaic onto and materials to mosaic with. You don't need to feel that you are artistic to be able to produce great results, we have lots of patterns and inspiration to get you started and you will be suprised to discover just how creative you can be!

We can help you choose your project and will show you how to go about creating it, whether it be flat or three dimensional, indoors or outdoors.

This workshop can be taken in either 1 day on a Saturday to complete at least one project, or as a 2 day workshop on Saturday and Sunday to take on bigger projects or more techniques.

Our aim is to provide a relaxed, friendly environment where you are encouraged to learn and experiment at your own pace.

Cost: 1 day $80.00 per person. 2 days $150.00 per person
Includes your tuition, glues, grouts, use of tools during workshop, morning and afternoon tea/coffee and cookies!


Extras: Your base to mosaic on and glass, tiles etc. Bring your own or purchase from our wide range in the shop


What to bring: Your lunch
Icecream containers (empty!) or similar for broken tiles, glass etc.
An old towel or part of one for grouting
Old towel or blanket to wrap your creation in to take home
Pen and paper if you wish to take notes.
